Returns & Refunds policy

Course Confirmation and Changes

Acorva Limited reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum enrolment is not reached by the published confirmation date. Should this occur, all registered participants will be advised as soon as reasonably possible.

Registrations may also be closed once a course reaches capacity. Participants are advised to wait until a course is formally confirmed before booking travel or accommodation. Any travel or accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the participant, and Acorva Limited does not accept liability for related costs.

From time to time, it may be necessary to adjust course details, including dates, venues, delivery format, or facilitators. Acorva Limited will make reasonable efforts to notify participants promptly of any changes.

Participant Cancellations and Transfers

Participant Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a course for which you are enrolled, you must notify Acorva Limited no later than three (3) weeks before the course commencement date to be eligible for a full refund.

Where cancellation occurs less than three weeks prior to the course start date due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund request may be considered at Acorva Limited’s discretion. If approved, an administration fee of $200 will apply.

Course Transfers

Requests to transfer your enrolment to a different course must be made at least three (3) weeks before the scheduled course start date. A transfer fee may apply.

Requests received within three weeks of the course commencement date cannot be accommodated.
